Emily J. Ross is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser with 6 years of experience in appraising single family residences, condominiums, two to four plex units and  investment/income producing properties. Emily graduated from  Northeastern University, Chicago, Illinois, cum laude.  She was a Certified Financial Planner holding the required licenses to conduct business as a stock broker and selling insurance.  She owned and operated her own financial services business for 13 years with emphasis on pre-divorce planning and litigation support services. She is active in the community, holding Board of Directors' positions for Women In Need of Growth Services and Women's Network of Collier County.  Emily is a member of National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Women's Council of Realtors-Naples on the Gulf Chapter and The Appraisal Institute-West Coast Florida Chapter.  Emily enjoys golf, reading, grandchildren and is an accomplished miniaturist.
