Emily J. Ross is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser , starting her career in appraising in 2002. Emily has experience in appraising single family residences, condominiums, two to four plex units and investment/income producing properties. Emily performs appraisals for all purposes, such as Estate Probate Valuation, Divorce Settlements, replacement cost valuations for insurance purposes, Foreclosures and Short Sales, Vacant Land Valuation and Private Mortgage Insurance Removal.
Emily graduated from Northeastern University, Chicago, Illinois, cum laude. She was a Certified Financial Planner holding the required licenses to conduct business as a stock broker and selling insurance. She owned and operated her own financial services business for 13 years with emphasis on pre-divorce planning and litigation support services.
She is active in the community, have held Board of Directors' positions for Women In Need of Growth Services and Women's Network of Collier County. Emily is a member of National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Women's Council of Realtors-Naples on the Gulf Chapter, Women's Council of Realtors -Bonita Springs/Estero Chapter, Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce and The Appraisal Institute-West Coast Florida Chapter. Emily enjoys golf, reading, grandchildren and is an accomplished miniaturist.
